Legionella Risk Assessment London

We provide Legionnaires Risk Assessments in London and the surrounding areas

Helping landlords, businesses and property owners meet their legal duties and maintain safe water systems

What is a Legionella Risk Assessment?

A legionnaires risk assessment is a structured evaluation of your water systems, to identify conditions that could allow Legionella bacteria to grow and spread.

Legionnaires’ disease can develop in poorly managed water systems in any type of property and can cause a serious form of pneumonia, that’s why a legionella assessment is a vital legal and safety requirement, as the disease poses a serious risk to occupants if not properly controlled.

Following the inspection, we provide a detailed written legionnaires risk assessment report outlining test results, identified risks, required actions and recommending practical improvements and control measures.

What is involved in a Legionella Risk Assessment?

Our legionella checks focus on;

Identifying potential risk factors

Assessing the likelihood of bacterial growth

Usage patterns, maintenance and management practices

Evaluating existing control measures

Our legionnaires assessment looks at;

Hot and cold water systems

Storage tanks cylinders, cooling towers and spa pools

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. HomeCert carried out an electrical safety test when I was moving home. They completed the test and resolved some minor issues.
Both the electricians that visited where great and exceptionally tidy.
I would not hesitate to use again.
