Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are needed whenever a
property is:

  • Built
  • Sold
  • Rented out to tenants

An EPC contains:

  • Information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs.
  • The Certificate will also include recommendations about how to
reduce energy use and save money within the property.

An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most
efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for a period of 10 years.

Get in contact with us today and we will arrange an energy performance engineer to come and certify your property.
